What we are building
The intake layer that helps people faster.
Regulated institutions run their world through intake. A claim, a loan application, a permit request, a KYC packet, a contract for review. Every one of those starts the same way: the applicant submits, the institution waits, an operator reads.
Klarefi runs that intake on the institution's domain. Our software reads the documents the applicant submits, asks for what is missing in plain language, verifies answers against the institution's existing systems, and hands the operator a complete, cited case file ready for a decision.
The applicant gets a faster answer. The operator gets back the hours they used to spend on retyping and chasing. The institution gets lower cost per case and an audit trail that holds up under regulatory review.

Klarefi is an early-stage company building from Klarefi B.V.. We are pre-launch, running Proof Sprints with design partners across regulated verticals. Our deployment posture is EU-first: data residency in Frankfurt, processor-oriented storage, no training on customer documents.
We are not chasing a hundred features. We are chasing one outcome: the time between “I need help” and “I got help” measured in hours, not weeks. Everything we ship serves that goal.
