Onboard factoring clients the day they apply.
Klarefi is the AI intake agent for factoring companies. It reads what a new client sends in, asks for what is missing and drafts the facility offer. Your credit team decides.
One new client, from the first email to the signed facility.
An example. The names and numbers are made up, and the buttons work.

Klarefi asks for what is missing.
Klarefi reads each document as it comes in. When a bank statement or the debtor list is missing or unclear it asks the business owner in the same conversation, so your team does not have to go back to them days later.
I have read your debtor list and the register extract. The bank statements cover five months and we need six. Could you upload April?
Here it is.bank-statement-april.pdfThanks Pieter, that is everything we need.

Every fact links to its source.
Each fact read from a document carries the sentence it came from. Click it and the document opens on that line. When Klarefi cannot find a fact it marks it as missing and never fills in a guess.

Checks run before credit review.
You write the checks once, in plain sentences. Klarefi runs them against the facts and against your own systems. A check that is not met stays visible in the file until a person has looked at it.

Klarefi drafts the facility offer.
Klarefi fills in your own offer letter with the facts and the numbers your rules calculate. Your credit team reads it, changes what they want, and sends it or declines. That decision always stays with a person.

Where Klarefi fits in your systems.
A factoring company runs on a handful of systems, and most of them start once the client is on the ledger. Before that, someone reads the application, the chamber of commerce extract, the bank statements and the sample invoices, and chases what is missing. Klarefi is the software for that step.

What to look for in client onboarding software.
Every fact cites its source
Your credit team should see the page and quote behind each value, so a turnover figure or an account holder can be checked in one click.
It follows up with the applicant
It asks the business owner for missing and unclear items during the application, and the answers go into the same case file.
You set the requirements
You choose the facts each client type needs and the checks they must pass.
It hands off to your systems
The finished case file reaches your factoring platform through an API or webhook, with the sources attached.
Stored in the EU
Documents and case files stay in EU storage by default. When your funders ask for more, Klarefi can run in your own cloud.
Your credit team decides
The software prepares the case and shows what is still open. The decision on the client stays with your team.
Your team decides, and Klarefi logs every step.
Security and data processingEvery document fact is cited
Each fact read from a document keeps its source, from the page to the offer.
A person decides
Klarefi prepares the file. Your team sends the offer or declines.
A full audit trail
Each question, check and decision lands in an audit trail that nobody can edit.
