Every hour of triage software we ship is an hour somebody gets back. Every day we cut off a cycle time is a day a real person stops waiting for help. That is the work. That is the bet.

You ship rough, learn, and improve, instead of polishing in private for six weeks. You read the brief and start. You ask questions when they are useful, not as a delay.

Engineering, design, sales, operations, content, recruiting. We do not care about the title on your LinkedIn. We care about what you can actually do that almost nobody else can.
